Vanessa is an integrative creative facilitator, end-of-life doula, and meditation facilitator who gently supports individuals through life’s tender and transformative seasons through creativity. Holding an Associate Degree in Art Therapy and currently in her final year of a bachelor's degree, she offers compassionate care during moments of growth and renewal while providing a nurturing space where curiosity and creativity unfold at a gentle pace. She works with people of all ages using creative modalities such as art, movement, drama, story, and mindfulness. She honours each client’s emotional, somatic, and spiritual needs through an approach grounded in empathy and attunement.
Vanessa's work is deeply enriched by lived experience as a full-time carer for her husband during his battle with pancreatic cancer. After his death, she entered into the vast landscape of grief, not only her own but that of her young children. This journey has provided her with a deep understanding of loss, love, resilience, and the courage it takes to begin again.
